1. General Policy
At Classic Mobility Vans, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- New Vehicles: New vehicles can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in the same condition as when delivered, with no modifications, alterations, or damages. Mileage should not exceed 500 miles from the odometer reading at the time of delivery.
- Used Vehicles: Used vehicles can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in the same condition as when delivered, with no modifications, alterations, or damages. Mileage should not exceed 200 miles from the odometer reading at the time of delivery.
- Conversion and Mobility Equipment: Conversion and mobility equipment can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Vehicles or equipment that have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@classicmobilityvans.com or call us at +1 (438) 266-1625 within the return period to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the vehicle or equipment securely, including all original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will process your refund according to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary.
5. Refund Policy
- New Vehicles: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Used Vehicles: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Conversion and Mobility Equipment: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@classicmobilityvans.com or +1 (438) 266-1625. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
7. Rental Vehicles
Rental vehicles are subject to different return policies. Please refer to your rental agreement for detailed terms and conditions regarding the return of rental vehicles.
